30 Engineers, 1 challenge

Recently we hosted a super inspiring team meetup at Smartfloor together with Wepro Ingenieursbureau. Over 30 enthusiastic engineers joined us at our location in Almelo – and the energy was amazing!

Rens Lammers and Nick Sanders kicked things off with a quick look at what we do at Smartfloor. After a short presentation, we gave everyone a tour of our production area – it was great to share our passion with such a tech-savvy crowd.
But things really got fun when we threw a real-life Smartfloor challenge at the group: redesigning our wheel arch bracket. In no time, teams were brainstorming, sketching, calculating – and laughing too.

The results? Super clever, creative, and surprisingly practical. It’s awesome to see what 30 engineers can come up with in under an hour! 💡
