Smartfloor has developed a new flooring system: the Smartfloor Revolution. This consists of a composite floor panel combined with bonded aluminium rails that has been specially developed for installation in vehicles. The system floor enables a weight saving of approximately 30% compared to the conventional Smartfloor aluminium system floor and is currently the lightest system on the market.

The Smartfloor Revolution is an innovative, patented flooring system with a high-quality foam core, which is processed using the latest technology, extreme precision and absolute care. This globally unique process makes it possible to realise individual plans and wishes without compromising on flexibility, quality or safety.
Because the aluminium profiles in the floor run 100% parallel, seat legs or other built-in elements cannot get stuck. This allows the seats to move smoothly and easily along the rails.
Another advantage of the Smartfloor Revolution is the short installation time. The floor is delivered ready-made with floor covering and only needs to be glued into the vehicle.
The floor is always installed across the entire length and width of the vehicle.
Online training is mandatory in order to install this floor.
